Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the senior management, he/she will work closely with the senior management to ensure smooth running of all operational/administrative aspects of the center, including human resource, administrative and legal management.
- Monitor and review divisional performance throughout the year to achieverevenue and growth KPIs. Identify and implement solutions to address performance gaps when financial or operational indicators deviate from budgeter targets.
- Develop and implement operational policies, long and short term planning initiatives in accordance with company's objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Establish budgets, forecast, and general operating procedures and monitor cost control procedures. Engage and responsible for monthly financial reporting to senior management.
