Regional Delivery Station Manager
At the heart of our logistics network, Regional Delivery Station Managers are responsible for delivering operational excellence at scale.
You will directly lead one flagship Delivery Station while overseeing a network of regional stations managed by Site Leads. From operational performance and partner governance to safety, compliance, and cost control, you will own the end-to-end execution of your regional perimeter.
Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
Lead a Regional Network
Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations.
