Head of Data & Integration Platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data and integration strategy, driving ERP data migration, mapping, and governance.
• Define and implement modern Azure-based data architecture (Lakehouse) and integration frameworks (APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Boomi).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize data models, ensure data integrity, and resolve mapping conflicts.
• Remain hands-on in building pipelines (Python/SQL), deploying infrastructure (Terraform/Bicep), and troubleshooting critical issues.
• Oversee data engineering, analytics (Power BI), middleware integrations, and data governance practices.
• Manage ERP data cutover, system integration, and end-to-end data lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data/IT roles, with leadership experience in ERP implementations and integration projects.
• Strong expertise in Azure (ADF, Databricks, Python, SQL)...
