Head of Data Engineering & Product Factory

Novartis is looking for a Head of Data Engineering & Factory located in Basel, Switzerland. The role encompasses defining the vision for the Data Product Factory and leading the industrialization of scalable data engineering. You'll also oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data products and manage a high-performing engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in software engineering and proven success in scaling data platforms.
