Job Summary
The individual will be responsible to drive data and analytics transformation and long term growth for its entity by managing execution of Data initiatives, leading data talents, driving data maturity and ensuring the business is powered by Data Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Organization & Culture
- Lead Data Transformation projects (on Data Management & Analytics)
- Frame the Data vision & strategy within the Zone, aligned with the direction of the group/zone data team
- Manage Data & Analytics Office
- Build Data Gov & Data Analytics communities and responsibilities of their development
- Foster data acculturation (upskilling, ways of working etc)
Data & Analytics Offer
- Ensure Data foundations are robust enough to meet analytics needs effectively and assess feasibility (Data quality on local data)
