Head of Customer Support
to lead customer support operations for the
Pakistan market
within a fast-paced
iGaming / online betting
business.
This role suits a senior agent or team lead ready to step into a broader leadership position while remaining hands-on.
iGaming experience and hands on exposure establishing CS duties is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily customer support operations across live chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Ensuring SLAs, CSAT, response times, and quality targets are consistently met
- Acting as the main escalation point for complex player issues, VIP cases, and sensitive complaints
- Managing, coaching, and developing customer support agents and team leads
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
