Head of Credit Systems & Strategy

The Role

As Head of Credit Systems & Strategy, you will own the intelligence layer that powers Lumi's automated lending decisions. This is a senior leadership role managing a team of 5 sits at the intersection of credit risk, data science, and technology, responsible for the performance, evolution, and governance of our decisioning infrastructure across all products and markets.

This role is responsible for making balanced commercial decisions when it comes to developing and deploying automated credit systems ensuring alignment with Lumi’s credit risk appetite. The counterpart to this role is the Head of Small Business Credit, who leads the manual underwriting operations team.
