Head of Credit Risk, Mobile Financing & Gadgets

PalmPay is seeking a strategic Head of Credit Risk to lead risk management for mobile financing and consumer gadgets. You will shape credit strategy, govern the end‑to‑end lifecycle, and drive data‑driven decisions in a hybrid Metro Manila setting.

You will build models leveraging Telco data, utility payments, and bureau data, advancing risk controls while supporting rapid growth. A strong background in fintech credit risk and regulatory awareness is required.
