About the Role
The Head of Compliance leads the compliance function of YeahPay Singapore. The role holder will hold accountability for the overall compliance framework, day-to-day supervisory engagement, and readiness for the firm's strategic growth through license variations.
Responsibilities
- Serve all attendant statutory responsibilities under the Payment Services Act 2019 and related MAS notices and guidelines
- Own the full compliance framework: AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, safeguarding of relevant money, customer protection, and conduct
