The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of compliance experience, particularly in regulated financial services, including a minimum of 4 years within the crypto or digital assets industry.

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing enterprise-wide compliance programmes, and partnering with business teams to launch compliant products. Strong analytical skills and understanding of compliance governance are essential.
