Role Overview

The Head of Complex Proposals - Comminution is a critical role within the Spares & Modernisation service business line. The role leads a team of dedicated and talented individuals across the globe who are tasked with managing and delivering high‑quality proposals that are integral to the success of FLS’ complex spare parts and modernisation offerings in the crushing, milling, pyro and feeding product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the development of high‑value proposals for complex spare parts and modernisation (upgrades, rebuilds and retrofits), ensuring delivery of competitive, compliant, and high‑quality proposals that meet customer requirements, protect margin and define the customer value proposition.
• Own proposal strategy & delivery for complex opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and financial targets.
