Role Summary:
Responsible for designing and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance
- Partner with Finance on budgeting and manpower cost planning
- Ensure pay equity and governance standards
