Care Connect is entering an exciting and critical phase of growth and reform — and we’re looking for an experienced, values-driven clinical leader to help shape the future of safe, high-quality care at home.

As Head of Clinical Governance and Quality, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinical and care services are safe, evidence-based, person-centred and compliant across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, this role provides leadership, assurance and strategic oversight at the heart of our organisation.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based at either our Abbotsford (VIC) or Bella Vista (NSW) site.
