As Head of Cell Production, you will own the operation and scale‑up of critical manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while building a production team capable of supporting rapid growth.
 
The Head of Cell Production will:

Leading all aspects of battery cell production, including cell filling, formation, and final packaging.
Scaling manufacturing operations to achieve and exceed high‑volume throughput targets.
Designing, implementing, and optimising safe, efficient, and repeatable production processes.
Establishing robust process controls, SOPs, and quality systems to support consistent production.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Building, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing production team.
Overseeing equipment selection, commissioning, and maintenance strategies for production lines.
