Role Overview

We're looking for a Head of Capital Markets to join Clara's dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end structuring of new credit facilities.
• Manage existing debt partnerships with BBVA, Covalto, General Catalyst CVF, Goldman Sachs, and the IFC.
• Support investor relations, interfacing with leading local and general venture funds in the cap table.
• Serve as a critical cross‑functional partner, collaborating with data, engineering, finance, product, treasury, and risk teams.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate funding alternatives, forecast cash flows, and assess cost of capital.
• Analyze portfolio performance and concentration risks to align funding decisions with growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to benchmark Clara's debt terms against industry peers and identify innovative financing structures.
