• Drive enterprise-wide operational initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Evaluate operational performance, organisational risks, and business opportunities to strengthen operational resilience and informed decision-making.
• Lead ageing reduction initiatives, pending invoice recovery strategies, billing coordination, transaction performance monitoring, and operational revenue-related activities to support business growth.
