This role sits at the center of the business — connecting strategy to execution, identifying inefficiencies before they become problems, and ensuring every function runs with rigour and pace. What You'll Own
Business Operations & Process
- Own end-to-end operational efficiency across the business — from order to delivery to resolution
- Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across functions as the company scales
- Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and drive fixes before they impact the business
