Location: Madrid, Gran Via area Work Mode: Hybrid (3-4 days/week from the office) Salary: EUR 70,000 - 80,000 gross/year (Depending on experience) + annual performance bonus We're looking for someone to lead our BI and Analytics function and help us take the next step in how we use data across the business. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a perfectly structured data platform and simply keep the lights on. We're at an interesting point in our growth where our reporting and analytics capabilities have become critical to the business, but we know there is significant room to improve how our data ecosystem is built and managed.
