Head of Business Development

We’re looking for a senior commercial leader to take ownership of European growth within a highly technical, chemistry-led organisation.

This role is suited to someone with a strong small-molecule background who enjoys building strategy, developing people and driving long-term partnerships across pharma and biotech.

You’ll be:

• Leading and executing the European business development strategy
• Owning regional revenue growth across complex small-molecule services
• Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing BD team
• Developing senior-level relationships with pharma and biotech clients
• Working closely with technical, operational, and leadership teams to deliver integrated commercial solutions
