Introduction
Nord Pool’s Product and Strategy department is responsible for developing and maintaining Nord Pool’s strategic assets and business lines in order to answer clients needs in a versatile environment. This department is led by the Chief Strategy Officer and structured with 3 leadership roles reporting to him:
- Head of Products, responsible for Nord Pool’s existing Product strategy and roadmap
- Head of Services, responsible for Nord Pool’s services including Services to other Power exchanges and TSOs, Nord Pool Consulting and Nord Pool Academy
- Head of Business Development, responsible for the diversification of Nord Pool’s activities and revenue streams in new areas
