Overall responsibility for management of IWPB Branche Network. To define the strategy, to manager, articulate and integrate the team efforts using the knowledge about local market environment, aiming the optimization of the business strategic aspects concerning the distribution of the commercialization channels, customer base in the several segments, business quality, attendance and services to customers, as well as to represent the HSBC in respect of customers, institutions and community.Responsible for the management of local Network, with more than 600 branches and 6153 employees focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management with more than six million customers.
