Head of Aerostructures
to play a critical role in shaping its platform architecture and structural capability. This is a hands-on technical leadership position within a growing engineering team, offering significant influence over product development, tools, and team capability.
The Role
You will lead the Design & Aerostructures discipline, owning the development of primary and secondary structures from aircraft to component level. This includes architectural definition, detailed design, structural optimisation, and supporting certification activities.
This is not a pure management role. You will remain technically hands-on while mentoring and developing the structural team.
