About The Role
The Head of Accountant Partner Program is a senior leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational architecture, and multi‑year investment thesis of Gusto’s Accountant Partner Program. In this role, you will own program strategy, directly manage a team of enablement ICs, and report to the Head of Indirect GTM.
About The Team
- The Indirect GTM team owns the Accountant Partner Program, delivering a scaled path to SMB customers through accounting firm partners. It is lean, cross‑functional, and collaborates with product, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and external spokesperson activities.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Define strategy and investment thesis, determining where Gusto should place bets for the program.
