Role's Mission
The Head of Account Management is responsible for growing and developing new and existing strategic accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and maximizing revenue. This role requires a high level of analytical thinking to identify new opportunities, negotiate with merchants, and support the Account Management team in driving client success.
Key responsibilities
- Drive strategic account growth by maximizing revenue, retention, and expansion opportunities through data-driven strategies and strong client partnerships.
- Lead key merchant relationships by managing high-impact negotiations, securing long-term agreements, and serving as the primary escalation point.
