Head: IT Infrastructure & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT Infrastructure & Operations strategy.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, databases and cloud technologies.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Lead IT service delivery and ITIL-based operational processes.
• Manage information security, infrastructure risks and compliance.
• Deliver infrastructure projects within scope, budget and timelines.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Infrastructure & Operations team.
• Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organisational standards.
