Head, International Enterprise (Medium Enterprise) Banking

Responsibilities

• Grow the Medium Enterprise portfolio: revenue, balance sheet, and portfolio quality.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators such as new business acquisition, limit approvals, and cross‑sell of SME products to promoters.
• Conduct portfolio related activities – renewals, deep dives, and credit checks.
• Lead and manage the team: recruit, train, and coach relationship managers and team leads to meet their goals.
• Analyze the ME market and competition, identify trends, and assess competitor activity.
• Track performance, analyze data, and deliver accurate reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain portfolio quality and execute actions to preserve it.
