As the Head Instructor & Deck Lead, you will supervise quality instruction and welcome all swimmers. Responsibilities include overseeing lesson plans, maintaining progress records, and responding to customer concerns. You will also foster a supportive environment for new instructors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet swimmers and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Supervise and assess swimming lessons for quality
• Review and maintain lesson plans and progress evaluations
• Mentor and coach new instructors in teaching methods
• Ensure all safety equipment is in good repair
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 sessions of instructional experience
