Job Title: Factory Finance Head (Head – Finance & Accounts, Plant) Reports to: Plant Head / CFO Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Sriperumbudur factory To lead and control all financial, accounting, costing, statutory, and internal-control activities of the garment manufacturing unit (shirts and trousers), ensuring accurate reporting, healthy cash flow, optimum product costing, and full compliance with applicable laws, while supporting profitability and operational efficiency across production and warehousing operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting, ledger maintenance, and month/quarter/year-end closing for the unit.
Prepare and present monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements to management.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
