Head – Electrical & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Head – Electrical & Automation to lead our Electrical & Automation function. The ideal candidate will have 12–15+ years of experience in industrial automation, with strong expertise in PLC/HMI programming, electrical control panel design, system integration, and machine automation. The role involves leading automation projects, driving Industry 4.0 initiatives, overseeing plant electrical operations, mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and collaborating with customers to deliver innovative automation solutions. Candidates with experience in Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley PLCs , OEMs, or industrial equipment manufacturing are highly preferred.

Requirements
