This position is open from Junior to Senior Head level depending on the applicant’s experience and expertise.
- Lead planning and execution of land development, overseeing road, water, and drainage systems, while ensuring alignment with project goals and regulations.
- Direct the structural design and analysis for complex site development projects (e.g., retaining walls, flood control), providing expert guidance and ensuring structural integrity.
- Conduct site investigations and structural repairs, delivering actionable insights and effective solutions.
- Ensure project compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and provide technical reports to management.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering a high-performing team.
