Aldar Education, a leading education group in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Head of Data & AI to drive the organization’s AI strategy, data governance, analytics, and innovation across its network of schools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to understand data needs and communicate the value of data-driven insights.
- Lead data analytics initiatives, identify KPIs, and develop data-driven solutions in partnership with the Group Technology Data Team.
- Drive AI strategy and implementation, ensuring Aldar remains a pioneer in AI-enabled education.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and set data management standards for school information systems such as iSams and PowerSchool.
