Head, Corporate Strategy (Digital Bank)

Our client is a fast-growing, publicly listed digital bank in Indonesia, backed by a major regional fintech group and international investors. They are looking for a Head of Corporate Strategy to lead corporate development and investor relations, sitting at the intersection of strategy, capital markets and stakeholder management.

Reporting to the CEO and the Group's Chief Strategy Officer, you will:

• Shape and articulate the bank's corporate strategy to institutional investors and research analysts
• Own investor relations end to end, including roadshows, AGMs/EGMs and one-on-one investor meetings
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and stock exchange/regulatory disclosures
• Develop Board and Commissioner-level materials on capital structure and strategic positioning
