Camp Assiniboia (Camps with Meaning) is seeking two seasonal Head Cooks (September-June) to lead a welcoming, high-functioning kitchen serving a wide range of guest groups throughout the week.
You’ll prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for groups of 20-180 , serving guests of varied ages and backgrounds—from children and youth to adults and seniors. This diversity creates opportunities to adapt your approach, manage different needs, and bring creativity and care to each experience .
In this role, you will work with the Foodservices Coordinator to oversee daily kitchen operations , lead and support staff and volunteers , and ensure strong food safety and organization practices . You’ll help create an environment of hospitality, connection, and care , where all guests feel welcomed and nourished.
