This is an outstanding opportunity for a former British Army Physical Training Instructor (PTI) looking to transition into a leadership role within a high-performing fitness organisation.
Our client has specifically asked us to identify Ex-Army PTIs who can bring the leadership, discipline, instructional ability, and professional standards developed during military service into a civilian environment. This role is far more than coaching sessions..it’s about leading a team, driving performance, maintaining exceptionally high standards, and creating a culture that people want to be part of.
