Head Coach
Location: Jumeirah Islands Pavilion
Purpose of the Role
The Head Coach leads the team of Coaches and sets the tone and expectation for the team. They must be physically active and have a desire to support addition to training and supporting the Coaches. They must have excellent interpersonal and customer management skills to easily engage and interact with Members & Guests. An ability to identify sales opportunities from Member or Guest feedback is also expected for the role.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full day) Saturday (half day)
Coaching & Leadership
- Execute group classes, assessments and personal training sessions.
- Deliver teens and semi‑private small group sessions throughout the year.
- Manage coaches and ensure they uphold the standards.
