Fine Dining Restaurant blending modern Afro‑French Fusion at a 5* Hotel near Lusaka is seeking a Head Chef to lead the outlet’s kitchen, create menus, manage staff, inventory and operations, and integrate culinary expertise with beverage pairing knowledge.
