We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine for the opening of Casa METT Sitges . This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel.
