About the Role

Shun De Fu is looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef specializing in authentic Chinese cuisine to lead kitchen operations and maintain high food quality standards. We are seeking a chef with strong expertise in traditional Chinese cooking techniques, wok mastery, and regional Chinese dishes, preferably with experience in Chinese restaurants or hotels.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Cantonese and Guan Dong cuisines , especially those experienced in handling high-volume kitchen operations.
