+ The role leads the Compensation and Benefits function for a designated business segment of Abbott India, serving as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership on compensation, benefits, wellness, and workforce rewards strategies.
+ It also leads the C&B products such as Benefits, Wellness, Compliances, Compensation analytics or salary structures for all India businesses as a product cutting across all business divisions.
