What you will be working on:- Market State properties to potential new market players through promoting State properties as unique real estate assets.
- Curate tenant mix for unique asset type including integrated community buildings.
- Rejuvenate State properties to meet market needs and emerging trends through engagement with stakeholders.
- Direct, lead and collaborate with other agencies on strategic properties and projects.
- Work and collaborate with other government agencies to contribute to the land use planning and development of Singapore.
- Explore strategies of allocating State properties such as the execution of Price and Quality tenders through careful curation of the quality criteria/aspects.
