• Strong network across retail, hospitality, corporate, developer, and commercial real estate
ecosystems.
• Proven success in winning large-scale design or build projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and mentor teams.
• Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset suited for a scaling organization.
