Head, BSA/AML Screening Tech & Strategy

Pathward is seeking a senior BSA/AML leader to translate screening strategy into actionable requirements and oversee platform design. You will act as SME during requirements discussions and guide system implementation, ensuring accuracy in customer, transaction, and watchlist screening.

You will own UAT for platform enhancements and model changes, monitor screening outputs, and drive tuning to reduce false positives while aligning with regulatory frameworks.
