- Keep our operational and service standards sharp and consistent, shift after shift.
- Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily.
- Lead inventory management and keep cash control tight and on point.
- Champion HACCP compliance - hitting food safety and hygiene targets and keeping things spotless behind the bar.
- Train, coach, and develop bartenders, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and exceptional guest service.
