We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Barista to lead the day-to-day operations of our specialty café, located within our Recruitment Hub. As the face of the café, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional coffee quality, overseeing café operations, mentoring junior baristas, and ensuring the café consistently reflects the professional and welcoming culture of our business.
