Job Summary

Works under the general direction and supervision of the head of Service Quality Division.

Manages the software development quality assurance delivery with focus on test automation and performance testing of the bank’s enterprise wide suite of applications.

Manages test automation and performance testing scope of projects for the bank. The department head has significant involvement in test automation and performance testing activities of the implementation of technology-enabled strategic and tactical business initiatives for the bank, and focuses on maintaining overall satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of testing services provided by ITG and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the respective department which includes workload prioritizing, testing recommendations, staff hiring, ITG policy formulation, financial and budgetary controls, identifying opera...
