HDD & Hydrovac Crew Supervisor | Field Leader

Q3 Contracting is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee drill and hydrovac crews in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in HDD operations and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in utility construction.

This field-based role involves significant travel and offers competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan with a generous match.
