HCM Application Owner – Assignment Pro & Other Apps (Barcelona)

Experteer Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end application lifecycle for Assignment Pro and related HR applications, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance to deliver value for supported business processes. You will work within the HCM and Global Mobility Experience in HRXP, coordinating strategy, design, and execution. You will manage vendor relationships, enable training and adoption, and provide post-release support. This role blends technical leadership with stakeholder management to shape the future of ABB’s HR tech stack.
