Support HBW personnel, have the support responsibility to carry out the planned maintenance, analyze and solve common and / or non common problems, as well as to have spare parts necessary for the execution of these functions.
HBW is an automated warehouse where all LEGO bricks (elements) are stored.
The department is responsible for keeping the machinery in good condition to support all processes such as storing bricks or material flow.
HBW Maintenance Supervisor is part of a team that focuses on maintenance tasks such as TPM, repairs and material flow with safety compliance and LEGO standards.
Core Responsibilities
Support personnel according to company policies and HBW maintenance strategy.
Ensure the development of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the creation and execution of continuous improvement plans in the HBW team.
