Harness Manufacturing Process Engineer - Lean & NPI

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai in Monterrey is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and validate manufacturing processes. You will contribute to the buildup of new production cells while supporting the company's capacity expansion plans.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in harness manufacturing and cable machines. Strong AutoCAD proficiency is necessary.
