Hardware Support Engineer — Nutanix Hyper-Converged

Nutanix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong focus on hardware support for enterprise servers within hyper-converged environments. You will provide remote assistance to field engineers during hardware replacements and manage hardware issue tickets.

In this hybrid role, you will diagnose, document cases, and collaborate with engineering and vendors to drive rapid resolutions with minimal downtime. Excellent English communication is required.
